Panoramic Photography and Virtual Tours
Sometimes the term “Virtual Tour” is used as a substitute to 360 degree panorama, because it is somehow embedded in “virtual reality”. It was also used to denote QuickTime VR panoramas. However, for us and many others it seems most natural to use this term when panoramic photographs form a group of viewpoints within a building, apartment, tourist spot or any other area. It enables the viewer to tour it.
